Associate Director, US Oncology Marketing, Operational Excellence & Capacity Planning

Lead operational demand and capacity planning for the U.S. launch of an mRNA-based individualized neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma, supporting commercialization and scaling.

• develop patient volume projections
• align manufacturing and supply chain capacity
• manage performance dashboards
• translate complex data into strategic insights to optimize resource allocation and minimize risks
• Collaborate across Commercial, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and external partners to ensure operational readiness and scalability.

• Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred)
• at least 5 years in pharmaceutical/biotech supporting commercial operations
• expertise in demand/capacity planning, analytics, and operational excellence.
• Proven experience managing performance frameworks and translating data into insights is essential.
