About The Role:

Draganfly is seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, execution, and closeout of projects and cross-functional initiatives across the organization. Working within the Project Management Office (PMO), you’ll help Project Managers and project teams keep schedules, requirements, actions, deliverables, and project information organized, current, and visible.

This remote U.S.

-based role reports to the PMO Lead and works closely with Project Managers, Program Managers, functional leaders, subject‑matter experts, and teams across Engineering, Operations, Logistics, Sales and Business Development, Marketing, Field Operations, Finance, Human Resources, and other functions. Assignments may include technical and engineering projects, demonstrations, training, customer engagements, and other PMO‑managed initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: Project Coordination & Support
  • Support Project Managers in planning, coordinating, executing, and closing assigned projects and initiatives
  • Maintain project schedules, milestones, requirements, deliverables, action items, and supporting documentation in approved systems
  • Track activities, deadlines, dependencies, and outstanding requirements, following up with stakeholders as needed
  • Gather project updates and support clear visibility into status, upcoming activities, risks, and requirements
  • Assist with project setup, status reporting, documentation, and coordination throughout the project lifecycle
  • Support multiple concurrent projects and priorities across functional teams
Scheduling & Stakeholder Coordination
  • Coordinate project meetings, working sessions, reviews, schedules, and related activities
  • Prepare meeting materials, capture decisions and action items, and coordinate follow‑up activities
  • Communicate with stakeholders to gather information, confirm responsibilities, and support timely completion of assigned actions
  • Maintain project and operational calendars associated with assigned work
  • Identify unresolved issues, missed commitments, scheduling conflicts, or unclear ownership and escalation through the appropriate channels
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as a coordination point between Project Management and functional teams to support timely information flow and project execution
  • Coordinate project‑related personnel, equipment, documentation, logistics, and other requirements as applicable
  • Help ensure project responsibilities, requirements, dependencies, and deadlines are clearly communicated to stakeholders
  • Support special projects and cross‑functional initiatives based on PMO and organizational priorities
