As Creative People continues to scale its contractor business, enterprise partnerships and payroll operations, we need dedicated ownership of the systems, processes, and compliance requirements that support those programs.
The Business Operations Specialist will be responsible for the operational infrastructure behind our contractor business - including enterprise/MSP programs, client requirements, compliance frameworks, documentation and process improvement.
Key Responsibilities:- Own operational oversight of enterprise, MSP, and VMS partnerships

- Ensure operational readiness across onboarding, extensions, offboarding, and contractor management
- Identify opportunities to optimize program performance and billing structures
- Create and maintain a centralized source of truth for client requirements, policies, and operational processes
- Standardize workflows, documentation, and training materials across the business
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement
- Partner with leadership to improve visibility, accountability, and scalability
- Drive continuous improvement in data capture, system integration and reporting processes
- Own operational data across various platforms, ensuring accuracy, integrity, completeness and consistency
- Maintain a centralized, reliable source of truth for key operational information
- Develop reporting and actionable insights to support strategic decisions and improve business performance
This role creates a dedicated owner for some of the most complex and business-critical functions within our contractor division. It allows recruiters to remain focused on recruiting and business development, enables contractor operations to focus on contractor support and administration, and gives leadership confidence that enterprise programs, payroll operations, and compliance requirements are being proactively managed.
As enterprise programs continue to evolve, that creates exposure to compliance gaps, missed billing optimization opportunities, inconsistent execution, and operational inefficiencies.
