Senior Strategy & Ops Manager, Infra Capacity Ecosystems

Meta's Infrastructure team is looking for a Senior Strategy & Operations Manager to join the Supply Planning and Capacity Ecosystems (SPACE) org.

This is a high-autonomy, principal-level lead who will serve as a strategic partner supporting and enabling the Infra SPACE (Strategy, Planning, Allocation & Capacity Ecosystems) org. SPACE is responsible for creating the end-to-end infrastructure plan and driving its delivery — including from the broader infrastructure ecosystem of suppliers. You'll partner directly with the Sr Director of Capacity Ecosystems and VP-level leadership to drive operational excellence, lead critical strategic projects, and ensure preparedness for key decisions that shape how Meta plans, allocates, and optimizes infrastructure capacity at global scale.

This role requires experience in leadership enablement, organizational operations, and cross-functional execution. You should be someone who combines deep infrastructure or technology fluency with executive-level influence, who can break down complex problems into structured frameworks and actionable plans, and who has a track record of both shaping strategy and executing at the intersection of technology and business.

Senior Strategy & Ops Manager, Infra Capacity Ecosystems Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary strategic thought partner to the Director of Capacity Ecosystems and infra leadership on capacity strategy, organizational direction, and critical trade-offs Develop original frameworks that shape how Meta thinks about capacity at an enterprise level — connecting compute, storage, network, AI/ML accelerators, data center footprint, and supply chain into a cohesive decision-making model

Represent Capacity Ecosystems' point of view in leadership forums, influencing infrastructure-wide and company-wide resource allocation and investment decisions

Own and drive 2–3 of the team's highest-complexity initiatives end-to-end — from problem framing and stakeholder alignment through cross-functional coordination and delivery of measurable outcomes

Lead programs across industry partnerships, financial operations, and people operations — translating strategic decisions into concrete work streams with clear milestones, ownership, and accountability

Step in as the direct executor on ambiguous, high-stakes problems without a clear owner — building from zero to one and handing off with a functioning operating model. Engage with external partners and support deals as needed

Maintain rigorous follow-through: track progress, surface risks, drive resolution on blockers, and ensure initiatives land (not just launch)
Own the rhythm of business — designing and running the cadences, decision rights, information flows, and governance structures that enable effective strategy execution across a complex, matrixed organization

Run high-priority meetings end-to-endstreamline processes and build the goal-setting architecture (OKRs, KPIs) and business review frameworks the broader team runs on Identify systemic challenges — misaligned incentives, structural gaps, unclear ownership — and implement solutions that improve how capacity decisions get made across Infrastructure Develop content for Meta's senior leaders — executive briefings, board-level materials, and strategic communications that convey capacity strategy, risks, and investment rationale to the most senior audiences

Minimum Qualifications:

12+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or management consulting within technology/infrastructure organizations, with demonstrated progression in scope and impact

Track record of both shaping strategy at an organizational level AND personally driving complex initiatives to delivery — not just advising, but owning outcomes
