The Product Team creates high-quality end-to-end experiences for travelers, partners, and Expedia Group. Our focus on customer-centric innovation enables us to develop products that build loyalty and repeat business. We partner closely with teams across Expedia Group to drive growth and achieve results for our customers and the company.

We connect Travelers to new experiences, through trusted relationships. We use the power of Expedia Group brands to empower strategic partners to nurture and grow the existing relationship with their audience. Strategic Partnerships and Affiliates breadth of solutions which include cashback, travel offers, loyalty exchange, co-branded sites, Affiliate APIs and EG’s Affiliate Program, bring a partners’ audience onto EG sites, thereby increasing EG’s traffic and exposure.

Strategic Partnerships & Affiliates (SPA) is one of Expedia Group’s fastest-growing businesses, powered by a start-up mindset, rapid experimentation, and a clear purpose: to build partnerships and products that meet travelers wherever they choose to discover and book travel. Whether it’s landing pages that give travelers cash back, frictionless coupon redemption or optimized Buy Now Pay Later experiences, in this role, you’ll help travelers save on travel in deeply integrated ways.

In This Role, You Will:

Lead collaborative efforts to define and frame complex product concepts or needs with peer roles and generate multiple potential compelling solutions to advance the product direction.

Negotiate for XDs priorities considering both long-term strategy and direction and contributes to building experience roadmaps for team.

Contribute to the development of both business metrics and experience success metrics, promoting harmony and alignment between them.

Analyze and synthesize complex research and test findings to identify novel insights, considering multiple sources of information before drawing conclusions.

Appropriately weigh research and test findings against other data points (e.g., technical, business) to make informed design decisions and determine the right solution.

Convincingly communicate vision and crisp narratives to a range of internal and external stakeholders, through effective visual storytelling.

Partner effectively with a range of external Business, Product and Engineering stakeholders, collaborating on requirements, concepts and deliverables where appropriate.

Thoughtfully leverage emergent agentic design and prototyping tools to streamline design processes without compromising quality.

Envision and propose agentic tactics and features in your designs, to drive the prioritization of cross-functional investments in a modern user experience.

Design user interactions that optimize user engagement, product performance, and business impact.

Define simple, elegant, trustworthy experiences and hold the team accountable to a high quality bar.
