* Summary:

** The Principal Technical Alliance Manager will own a portfolio of high-impact technology alliances, with Dell Technologies representing a key strategic relationship. This senior individual contributor will define multi-year plans, influence product and solution roadmaps, and lead cross-functional execution across F5 and partner organizations. The role will also bring partner insights, market trends, and customer requirements into F5's ecosystem planning. Success requires autonomy, executive influence, and measurable outcomes in solution delivery, adoption, qualified pipeline, and partner-influenced business impact.

* Key Responsibilities:

** Alliance Strategy:
** Own portfolio priorities, governance, investment tradeoffs, and multi-year business plans. Align partner capabilities with F5 corporate, product, and go-to-market priorities, and represent ecosystem insights to senior leadership.•
** Joint Solutions and Roadmaps:
** Identify high-value customer use cases and lead integrated solutions through roadmap alignment, technical validation, launch, and lifecycle management.•
** Executive Relationships:
** Build trusted relationships with F5 and partner executives, product leaders, and engineering teams; establish sponsorship, governance, and accountability.•
** Joint Go-to-Market:
** Lead positioning, enablement, co-marketing, field engagement, lighthouse customer initiatives, and sales plays that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate adoption.•
** Cross-Functional Leadership:
** Coordinate resources across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Legal, and partner teams without direct authority; resolve competing priorities and maintain momentum.•
** Business Performance:
** Define metrics and executive operating cadences; assess alliance health, solution adoption, ecosystem engagement, pipeline, partner-influenced opportunities, and return on investment.•
** Ecosystem Development and Thought Leadership:
** Track technology, market, and competitive shifts; identify emerging AI and ecosystem opportunities; and advise senior leaders on partnership strategy and alliance best practices.
