The US Operations team onboards sellers, drives business growth, improves user experience, and provides operations and sales support in the US market. We are organized into Category Management teams that acquire new brands and incubate and accelerate them on Tik Tok Shop, alongside Central teams covering creator operations, campaign operations, projects, and agency partnerships, working with cross-functional and category teams to grow GMV across merchants of every size.

As the business grows, we take on complex challenges across seller growth and creator and agency ecosystem development.

As a Project Intern, you will contribute to impactful short-term projects and gain hands‑on experience in a fast-paced, professional environment. This internship offers the opportunity to develop practical skills, apply your knowledge to real-world challenges, and explore your career interests.

• Auction LIVE Seller Growth:
  Support live auction seller business development, onboarding, incubation, and ongoing management.
• Identify and engage new seller leads, facilitate LKM tagging and onboarding, resolve blockers, and accelerate sellers’ launch and growth on LIVE. Travel as needed for business development and seller engagement.
• W  & Reporting:
  Support Team B W  documentation, weekly performance updates, and dashboard maintenance.

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Strong ownership & initiative
  - Take responsibility for tasks end-to-end, proactively identifies opportunities, and works independently with minimal supervision.

  - Focus on clear goals and outcomes, with a strong sense of urgency and commitment to delivering results.

The hourly rate range for this position in the selected city is $23.75- $23.75.
