This job contributes to Starbucks success by providing transportation expertise, project management, analytical and influencing skills to support the transportation team in developing innovative, cost-effective and scalable systems that facilitate global growth and generate store and customer value. Models and acts in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

• Facilitate data administration for ORACLE Order Management (OM) and Transportation Management System (OTM) including creation / maintenance of carriers, locations, suppliers, transportation rates, transit times, and other configurations that enable optimal planning and execution.
• Act as first-line helpdesk technical support for domestic and international Transportation Operations teams using OTM.
• Provide technical support for mini- and large-scale domestic and international transportation bids.
• Handle activities with a diverse scope where analysis of data requires critical thinking and evaluation of identifiable factors to define a work plan.
• Provide input to project plans that define scope, schedule, budget and business impact and risks. Executes plans and identifies issues or obstacles, gains alignment and brings to resolution.
• Own user setup, security and access controls for all domestic and international transportation systems.

• If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
