Process Improvement Manager

Our Seattle, WA office is missing one thing, and it happens to be a Process Improvement Manager fluent in Work Ethic. What sets the offer apart is trust — $126,000 - $197,000 and part-time hours are nice, but the general ownership is the headline.

• Execute core Process Improvement Manager duties with accuracy and consistency
• Adapt quickly to shifting priorities in a fast-paced general environment
• Keep Industrial Excellence Corp's part-time commitments visible and on track
• Translate fuzzy stakeholder asks into a crisp Goal Setting plan
• Turn ambiguous Work-Life Balance requests into shipped, measurable outcomes

• A point of view on Industrial Excellence Corp's space, sharpened by your own reading
• Flexibility to adapt your approach as business needs evolve
• The kind of curiosity that reads the docs before asking
• At least 7 years of standing behind your own estimates
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, autonomy-driven environment
• The kind of attention to detail that catches what spell-check misses
• A collaborator's reflex to share credit and absorb blame

Anchored in Seattle, WA, Industrial Excellence Corp designs the kind of delightfully-weird systems that general teams quietly depend on every single day. At Industrial Excellence Corp you can challenge your skip-level's plan and still get a thank-you for it.

We offer $126,000 - $197,000 and the things money cannot fake, real mentorship, lasting benefits, and flexibility you will actually use.
