You will work on-site in Seattle, WA as a Business Analyst supporting Repair & Maintenance operations, connecting business needs with technology solutions. This is a 9+ month contract engagement where you will gather requirements, improve service and asset management processes, and support digital transformation work. All visa statuses are acceptable, and the role is offered on a C2C or W2 basis.
Responsibilities- Bridge business needs and technology solutions across Repair & Maintenance (R&M) initiatives
- Apply deep knowledge of repair operations and maintenance management to shape solutions
- Analyze and improve service workflows, asset lifecycle management and field service processes
- Work closely with business stakeholders, product teams and technology teams
- Gather, document and validate business and functional requirements
- Identify and drive process optimization opportunities
- Support digital transformation initiatives from requirements through delivery
- 14+ years of professional experience as a Business Analyst or in a closely related role
- Strong expertise in the Repair & Maintenance (R&M) domain
- Working knowledge of repair operations, maintenance management and service workflows
- Experience with asset lifecycle management and field service processes
- Demonstrated requirements gathering and process optimization experience
- Ability to work on-site in Seattle, WA; this role is not remote
