As a Project Engineer, you'll work directly with a Project Manager, Assistant PM, and Superintendent, providing critical support from preconstruction to closeout. You'll coordinate subcontractors, manage documents, track progress, and contribute to a job well done—every single day.

• Support the Superintendent, Project Manager, or Assistant PM with scheduling, progress tracking, and construction coordination
• Provide weekly updates on project performance and milestones
• Issue RFPs and gather subcontractor bids
• Organize and lead subcontractor site walk-throughs
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and assist with bid scopes and negotiations
• Manage submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs
• Maintain current project logs and punch lists
• Assist with jobsite quality control and documentation
• Ensure jobsite drawings, specifications, and as‑builts are up to date
• Participate in safety monitoring and compliance

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field from a 4‑year university
• At least 1 year of experience as a Project Engineer, or equivalent internship/training
• Strong knowledge of plan reading, submittals, specifications, and construction processes
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to foster positive relationships with owners, subcontractors, engineers, and inspectors
• Familiarity with multi‑story and concrete structures preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Procore, and Bluebeam

• This is a local position with no remote option. Applicants must be located in or near Seattle and available to report onsite daily.
