Construction Project Engineer

ACG Builds is on the rise, and we're looking for a sharp, motivated Construction Project Engineer to support commercial construction projects across the Seattle metro area. From sleek retail spaces and modern office buildings to multi‑family developments and senior living communities, this role puts you at the heart of our most exciting builds.

• Support the Superintendent, Project Manager, or Assistant PM with scheduling, progress tracking, and construction coordination
• Provide weekly updates on project performance and milestones
• Issue RFPs and gather subcontractor bids
• Organize and lead subcontractor site walk‑throughs
• Evaluate subcontractor proposals and assist with bid scopes and negotiations
• Manage submittals, shop drawings, and RFIs
• Maintain current project logs and punch lists
• Assist with jobsite quality control and documentation
• Ensure jobsite drawings, specifications, and as‑builts are up to date
• Participate in safety monitoring and compliance

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field from a 4‑year university
• At least 1 year of experience as a Project Engineer, or equivalent internship/training
• Strong knowledge of plan reading, submittals, specifications, and construction processes
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills
• Ability to foster positive relationships with owners, subcontractors, engineers, and inspectors
• Familiarity with multi‑story and concrete structures preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Procore, and Bluebeam

• This is a local position with no remote option. Applicants must be located in or near Seattle and available to report onsite daily.
