$120,000 – $150,000 per year.

• Oversee all stages of project life cycle and ensure that specifications are met.
• Coordinate and supervise the activities of construction teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with project plans.
• Ensure safety regulations are followed and promote a culture of safety within the team.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction specialists.
• Resolve any work‑related issues swiftly and efficiently.
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure adherence to project specifications.
• Prepare and submit project reports, and keep stakeholders informed about the project status.
• Implement strategies to increase productivity and performance levels.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in the commercial construction industry, with a preference for candidates with 10‑15 years of experience.
• Proven track record of successfully overseeing and completing construction projects from start to finish.
• Strong knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, OSHA guidelines, and building codes.
• Exceptional leadership and project management skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving abilities and the capacity to make decisions in high‑pressure situations.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents.
• Proficiency in construction management software.
