Very well respected and Family Owned Seattle Builder looking for top talent!

We build Residential, Commercial/TI, Hospitality, Seismic, and Healthcare projects. The right person for this role will have strong experience in Multifamily/Commercial projects and have the ability to develop less-experienced staff.

• Supervise all stages of construction projects from planning to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality control programs to ensure the highest level of quality is maintained throughout all stages of construction.
• Manage risks effectively, identifying potential issues and implementing mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Coordinate and supervise the work of all construction team members, including contractors, subcontractors, engineers, architects, and workers.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities, ensuring clear and consistent communication throughout the project.
• Resolve any issues or disputes that arise during the construction process, ensuring all parties are satisfied with the outcome.
• Maintain detailed project documentation, including project plans, reports, and budgets.
• Keep up to date with the latest construction methods, technologies, and regulations, applying this knowledge to improve project delivery.

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a supervisory role in the construction industry.
• Proven experience in quality control and risk management in the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional problem‑solving skills and the ability to resolve disputes effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with a range of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.
• A bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Professional certification in construction management, quality control, or risk management is a plus.
