PROJECT ENGINEER - SPECIAL PROJECTS GROUPLocation:

Our client, a leading commercial drywall contractor in Seattle, is expanding their Special Projects Group and seeking a Project Engineer to support projects under $600K.
POSITION OVERVIEW:This growth-oriented position offers significant advancement potential within our Special Projects Group, focusing on fast-paced, smaller-scale commercial projects.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Basic understanding of commercial construction
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Construction experience a plus but not required
- Support Special Projects Group (projects under $600K)
- Handle project documentation and submittals
- Assist with project scheduling and coordination
- Manage RFIs and change orders
- Learn commercial drywall systems and practices
- Support project managers and field teams
- Assist with project closeout documentation
- Participate in project meetings
