• Estimate Preparation:
  Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for commercial roofing projects, including labor, materials, equipment, site visits and overhead costs.
• System Expertise:
  Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of all commercial roofing systems (e.g., built-up, modified bitumen, TPO, EPDM, PVC) and manufacturers to provide well-rounded solutions.
