Appleton Finn is seeking experienced Project Managers to join a Seattle-area team. Two tracks are available: lead core commercial and tenant improvement projects end-to-end, or join the Special Projects Group handling faster-moving ventures from 400,000 to 20,000,000.
You will own projects from pursuit through closeout, acting as the main client contact and driving financial success. Expect leadership opportunities, mentoring of engineers, and close collaboration with the design team.
