Our client is a premier general contractor and construction manager with deep roots in the Pacific Northwest and an expanding national platform. Their Seattle preconstruction team supports some of the most complex and high-profile projects in the region, including life sciences lab buildouts, hyperscale data center shells, and large-scale mixed-use transit-oriented developments.

- Demonstrated experience leading GMP development on projects $50M+ in life sciences, commercial office, or mixed-use sectors
- Strong proficiency in conceptual and systems-level estimating; experience with cost modeling software and Bluebeam
- DBIA or LEED accreditation a plus
