Position: Digital Media Specialist【Seattle】

Our services include connecting consumers with local restaurants (Fantuan Delivery), providing forums for restaurant reviews and coupons (Fantuan Reviews), connecting errand service providers with customers (Fantuan Rush), and e-commerce and marketing services.

We are one of the top life-services platforms in North America, currently operating across Vancouver, Toronto, Montreal, Los Angeles, New York, Chicago and other metropolitan areas in Canada and the USA.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement across various digital platforms.
  • Create innovative and engaging concepts for PR campaigns on various social media platforms.
  • Identify and assess true influencers and plan influencer campaigns that meet organizational goals.
  • Write press releases and prepare pitches for the media, shoot and produce videos, leverage storytelling to grow brand with PR, create and post multimedia content on social media, and design posters, slides, flyers and other visual assets.
  • Manage Instagram and Facebook accounts for merchants, ensuring effective online presence and engagement strategies tailored to their needs.
  • Monitor online presence and manage community engagement, respond promptly to inquiries and feedback.
  • Maintain good relationships with collaborating merchants, facilitate communications, and persuade them to participate in regular platform PR events.
  • Track and analyze media coverage to inform future campaigns; plan and lead survey initiatives through various social media, and analyze public opinions on our reputation, image, identity, or brands based on the information and data gathered.
Requirements

Master’s degree in Digital Social Media, Digital Media or related. Must have taken courses in media production, digital storytelling, Influencer Strategies and social media management and be proficient in video production, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Audition, and Adobe Media Encoder.
