Associate Creative Director – Design & Content Lead | Amazon Health Services

Amazon Health Services (AHS) is on a mission to transform how customers find, choose, and engage with healthcare. As Associate Creative Director, you’ll lead the design and execution of branded experiences across digital and print channels—crafting campaigns that make healthcare more accessible, intuitive, and human.

You’ll collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of designers, writers, videographers, and developers to bring bold ideas to life. From display ads and landing pages to motion graphics and social media, your work will shape how millions of customers experience Amazon’s health offerings.

• Own projects from concept to final production across print and digital
• Develop cross-channel campaigns: landing pages, display ads, direct mail, social media, video, motion assets
• Build and manage brand guidelines, messaging frameworks, and visual systems
• Collaborate with copywriters, product designers, developers, and external vendors
• Use data and performance insights to optimize creative output
• Present and defend creative concepts to senior stakeholders

Required:

• 8+ years of creative strategy and execution (agency or in-house)
• Exceptional portfolio showcasing concept-led, brand-defining work
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and digital tools
• Expertise in typography, layout, color theory, and brand systems
• Strong presentation skills and ability to manage ambiguity
• BA/BFA in Graphic Design, Visual Design, Advertising, or equivalent

Preferred:

• Experience in video production, motion graphics, illustration, photography
• Background in responsive UX/UI design and front-end workflows
• Proven ability to lead internal teams and external agencies
• Familiarity with healthcare, fintech, or consumer tech industries
