Help reimagine the world’s most iconic coffee brand. Starbucks is in the middle of an exciting turnaround—and our Creative Studio is at the heart of it. We’re not just brewing coffee, we’re brewing culture. This is your chance to help shape the next chapter of a brand people love around the globe.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, agency partners, creative production, and project managers to ensure the creative vision aligns seamlessly, stays true to the brand’s DNA, and is delivered on time.
  • Drive the art direction of high‑profile motion and photography productions, delivering striking visual stories that fuse innovation with brand purpose.
What makes this role a once‑in‑a‑lifetime opportunity

  • You’ll have the freedom to lead and the space to create.
  • You’ll join a company that believes in world‑class creativity.
Preferred Qualifications

  • Deep skills in art direction, concepting, and storyboarding for film and print production.
  • Comfort with big‑idea concepting.
  • Experience steering creative execution, so every detail feels on‑brand.
  • A collaborative spirit: you know great work happens when everyone’s in it together.
  • A pulse on culture and the ability to bring fresh thinking that pushes brands forward.
  • A love for inspiring and mentoring a crew of writers, designers, and producers.
  • Mastery of craft:
Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
