• Remote Work Percentage: TBD based on need. The majority of tasks will be completed in person while working in the AUS Art Studio during scheduled shifts. However, when extraordinary circumstances arise administrative tasks such as responding to emails or creating event fliers can be done remotely instead of in person.

• Manage the Art Studio email account
• Coordinate and host student-facilitated open studios and workshops
• Update the Art Studio Handbook & student Policy
• Update the Art Studio Work Study Orientation Manual
• Meet regularly with and train incoming Work studies
• Meet with Michael and Alyssa regularly re: looking ahead to returning to campus + student concerns

• Strong self-starter skills
• Strong communicator, able to navigate complex dual roles
• Strong organizer, with ability to use Google Drive (including Docs/Sheets/Forms)
• Creative, with strong initiative and good problem solving skills
