FIMMICK is seeking a talented Digital Growth Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing our clients’ digital growth strategies, creating engaging content, optimizing conversion rates, and exploring new digital frontiers.

Lead content creation for Social Posts,Reels and Threads

Utilize AI tools for content creation

Drive engagement through trend-jacking and real-time community interaction

AI Graphic Drafting & Production:

Concept Visualization:
Use AI tools to rapidly draft visual concepts, mood boards, and storyboards for client approval.

Asset Generation:
Create high-quality AI-generated backgrounds, textures, and image assets to support social posts and video.

AI Editing:
Utilize AI-powered tools to retouch, expand, and enhance visual content efficiently.

Short-Form Video Creation:

Conceptualize, shoot, and edit engaging short-form videos that align with client branding.

Identify trending audio, challenges, and visual styles to keep content fresh and algorithm-friendly.

Write video scripts and storyboards that hook viewers within the first 3 seconds.

Conversational Content & Copywriting (Threads & Social):

Manage presence on text-first platforms likeThreads, creating conversational, relatable, and shareable micro-content.

Engage with communities in real-time, fostering brand personality through witty replies and active discussions.

Craft persuasive ad copy and social captions that complement visual assets.

AI-Powered Production:

Leverage FIMMICK’s AI tools to speed up the ideation process, generate script variations, and create visual assets.

Use AI to analyze social sentiment and optimize content formats for better reach.

Monitor performance of Social Posts, Reels and Threads to understand what drives the algorithm.

Collaborate with the design and ad teams to ensure organic content supports paid media goals.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or related field.

Experience:1-2 years of experience in social media management or content creation.

Video Skills:Proficient in mobile video editing (e.g.,Cap Cutor native Instagram/Tik Tok editors). You know how to cut to the beat.

Social Fluency:You are a heavy user of Instagram and Threads. You understand internet culture, memes, and slang.

AI Curiosity:Experience using AI tools to enhance creativity is a strong advantage.

Language:Fluency in Cantonese and English (Written & Spoken). Ability to write in colloquial Cantonese is highly preferred for local engagement.

Portfolio:Please provide links to your social media portfolio, specifically highlighting video work and writing samples.
