Role Description
We have ongoing project needs for Freelance Video Editors (Independent Contractors). Based on‑site in Seattle, WA, the role involves collaborating with our team to edit video content, make color and sound corrections, and incorporate motion graphics and graphics as needed. The Video Editor will work closely with the production team to ensure high‑quality deliverables that meet clients' visions and standards.
Qualifications
- Skills in LIVE EVENT/BROADCAST video editing – rebroadcasting and highlight reels
- Experienced in Video Production, Video Editing, Video Color Grading and Sound Editing, Motion Graphics and Graphics, Green Screen, AI Backgrounds, Unreal Engine
- Proficiency with industry‑standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, Photoshop and AI workflows
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong creative vision
- Ability to work collaboratively and independently
- Experience in event production, and/or live production is helpful
- 3‑10 years of professional experience and education in Film, Media, or a related discipline is required
Must be located in the Greater Seattle area and able to work on‑site as needed.
