Job SummaryThe primary responsibility of a designer is to generate designs, concepts, and sample layouts based on established design principles and concepts. A successful designer must demonstrate a high degree of creativity and possess the ability to effectively communicate their ideas to both internal and external stakeholders. Essential qualifications include flexibility in accommodating client requirements, the capacity to perform effectively under pressure, and adeptness at multitasking.
Job Responsibilities- Plan, analyze, and develop visual solutions to communication challenges.
- Formulate the overall layout and production design of publications or web interfaces as they pertain to graphic design.
- Prepare preliminary sketches or layouts for client presentations.
- Generate charts and graphs utilizing provided data.
- Develop visual solutions for communication needs.
- Design layouts for publications/web interfaces.
- Prepare sketches and layouts for presentations.
- Create charts and graphs from provided data.
- Product testing and participation in design evaluation meetings.
- Demonstrated creativity, effective verbal and written communication skills, and robust problem-solving ability.
- Fundamental proficiency in utilizing various forms of media, including print, electronic, and film.
- Basic capacity for 2D and 3D visualization and comprehension of the aesthetic aspects of design.
- Prior experience in utilizing computer software for layout creation and image generation.
- Experience with Adobe publishing and graphics software is required.
- Required:
Associate's degree in design and/or a certificate in graphic design. - Preferred:
Bachelor’s degree in design or a related field. - Experience:
Minimum of 8 years in a design role.

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Compensation details listed in this posting reflect the base hourly rate or annual salary only, unless otherwise stated.
