Senior Designer

• Design across brand identity systems, websites, environmental design, kiosks, and print and media campaigns, moving fluidly between print, digital, and interactive.
• Be the soloist on heavy-lift work and own a demanding build from concept to final craft, and drop into a project midstream without needing the full backstory to start.
• Couple tightly with Strategy and Communications, and work alongside writers, strategists, medical illustrators, and animators.
• Hold a high personal craft standard, begin to influence the quality of others' work, and take on more of the arc as you go.

• A portfolio spanning brand systems, websites, environmental or experiential work, and print and media campaigns.
• Craft mastery deep enough to be the soloist on heavy-lift work, and agile enough to support a team midstream.
• A real appetite for collaboration with strategists and writers.
• A BDes from a strong design program (required).
• A growing leadership instinct, and curiosity about science, health, and innovation.
• Expert Figma, proficient Adobe Creative Suite, and an AI-assisted workflow (Claude-savvy as a baseline).
• Client-facing experience is a welcome bonus, not a requirement.

Onsite several days a week, with hybrid collaboration from Seattle and routine client sessions.
