- Book appointments, solve problems, and give homeowners peace of mind
- Turn stress into smiles and confusion into clarity
- Keep your finger on the pulse of customer mood and market vibes
- Keep your team accountable to call volume, speed, quality, and follow-through
- Host weekly check-ins, set the tone, and keep morale high
- Review performance reports, spot trends, and raise standards
- Build systems that make the whole team run smoother than a freshly-stained cedar panel
- Ensure every customer has a consistent, premium Cool Cat experience
- Keep escalations organized and handled quickly
- Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to keep workflows tight
- Help write and refine SOPs that keep the team airtight
- Loves talking to people
