What You’ll Own (and Crush) 1. Be the First Impression — and the Best One
  • Answer inbound calls with confidence, clarity, and Cool Cat energy
  • Book appointments, solve problems, and give homeowners peace of mind
  • Turn stress into smiles and confusion into clarity
  • Keep your finger on the pulse of customer mood and market vibes
  • Keep your team accountable to call volume, speed, quality, and follow-through
  • Host weekly check-ins, set the tone, and keep morale high
  • Review performance reports, spot trends, and raise standards
  • Build systems that make the whole team run smoother than a freshly-stained cedar panel
3. Own the Customer Journey
  • Ensure every customer has a consistent, premium Cool Cat experience
  • Keep escalations organized and handled quickly
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and Marketing to keep workflows tight
  • Help write and refine SOPs that keep the team airtight
