Eligibility Clerk – Accounting & Eligibility Team

• Respond to oral and written COBRA inquiries from participants and employers
• Process COBRA election forms, enrollment forms, and payments
• Prepare refund paperwork for participants
• Prepare contracts for digital imaging

• Highly organized with the ability to juggle and prioritize workloads; strong analytical skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with excellent problem‑solving skills
• Basic proficiency in Excel and Word; technically savvy

• Union‑scale wages, raises every 6 months, starting at $21.38/hr up to $29.32/hr
