Bilingual billing Assistant Location Seattle, WA (Downtown area)

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual Billing assistant (EN/SP) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of billing and invoicing processes, be able to accurately process payments, and have excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing customer accounts, resolving billing disputes, and ensuring accurate and timely payments. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to join a fast-paced and growing organization.

• Process customer invoices and payments accurately and in a timely manner.
• Collection calling experience is desired.
• Maintain customer records and billing information.
• Resolve customer billing inquiries and disputes.
• Monitor customer accounts for past due payments.
• Analyze billing trends and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with other departments to ensure accurate billing information is provided to customers.
• Provide customer service support regarding billing inquiries.

• Customer Service experience (1 year, this is a MUST)
• AA or Bachelor degree (MUST)
• Bilingual Spanish/English (highly preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $23.00 per hour
