Position Overview

We are seeking organized, service-minded individuals to join our remote team as Booking Services Specialists. In this role, you will assist clients with researching vacation options, coordinating selected services, and keeping reservation details accurate and organized throughout the planning process.

This opportunity is well suited for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, online research, and managing important details. Previous travel-industry experience is not required. Training and continued educational resources are provided.

Responsibilities
  • Gather client information including preferred destinations, travel dates, interests, budget, and special requests.
  • Research and compare hotels, resorts, cruises, transportation, tours, excursions, activities, and vacation packages using approved resources.
  • Assist with coordinating selected services and organize reservation confirmations, schedules, itinerary details, and other booking information.
  • Provide clients with updates, answer routine questions, follow up on outstanding items, and help with standard reservation changes when needed.
  • Review booking details for accuracy, monitor important deadlines, maintain organized client records, and continue building destination and supplier knowledge.
