We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to join a busy support team in Seattle, Washington. Responsibilities:

• Manage a high volume of daily customer contacts while maintaining composure, accuracy, and a service-focused approach.
• Support customers with order placement, product exchanges, and returns by following established service guidelines and company policies.
• Document customer concerns and feedback thoroughly, and route more complex matters to the appropriate team for resolution.
• Respond to customer inquiries through phone and email with clear, attentive, and empathetic communication.
• Troubleshoot basic customer issues, including connectivity-related concerns, and provide timely assistance or next-step guidance.
• Work closely with colleagues to promote a cooperative, positive, and solution-driven team atmosphere.
• Navigate multiple browser-based tools and systems efficiently to research information and complete customer requests.
• Maintain strong attention to detail while adapting to shifting priorities in a high-demand service environment.
