Senior Customer Success Specialist

You are a customer-focused, relationship-driven professional who is passionate about helping customers achieve meaningful business outcomes. You combine strong business acumen with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, enabling them to build trust with stakeholders at all levels. You are proactive, highly organized, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while using data to identify opportunities, mitigate risk, and drive customer success.

A collaborative team player, you work effectively across Sales, Product, Professional Services, and Support to deliver an outstanding customer experience and contribute to customer retention and growth. The Work:
Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and serve as the primary post-sale relationship owner. Drive customer onboarding, adoption, engagement, and long-term success. Develop success plans and conduct regular business reviews aligned to customer goals. Monitor account health, proactively mitigate risk, and execute retention strategies. Identify expansion opportunities and partner with Sales on renewals and growth. Act as the voice of the customer by sharing feedback with Product and cross-functional teams.

Track customer outcomes, adoption metrics, and key performance indicators to drive value realization. Travel may be required for this role.  The amount of travel will vary from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

A minimum of three years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience managing multiple accounts in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

Excellent relationship management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to translate customer goals into measurable outcomes.
