We are a modern, digital office with excellent tools and systems providing patient-focused dental practices in the heart of downtown Seattle. We are looking for a skilled Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA) who brings clinical excellence, strong ethics, a kind heart, and a genuine team spirit to everything they do. • Perform all expanded functions allowed under Washington State law
• Assist with restorative procedures, take impressions, place sealants and provisional restorations
• Support dentists and hygienists in providing efficient, high-quality care
• Ensure proper sterilization, cleanliness, and infection control
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-operative instructions
• Keep detailed and accurate clinical records

• Active Washington State EFDA certification
• At least 1 year of EFDA experience preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
• A calm, compassionate approach to patient care
• A collaborative mindset and a positive attitude

Starting wage: $40-$45 per hour
