Description

Mosaic Dental Collective, is seeking a talented and compassionate full-time traveling Dental Hygienist to join our team of oral healthcare professionals. As a traveling Dental Hygienist, you will play a vital role in promoting oral health and preventative care while delivering an exceptional patient experience while traveling to our office partner locations in Seattle and Bellevue, WA.

Sign on bonus offered. We offer competitive pay and benefits. The hourly wage range for this position is $75-$80/hr. dependent on experience.

Key responsibilities

  • Perform thorough dental cleanings, including scaling and root planning, prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, polish, and debridement.
  • Conduct comprehensive oral examinations and screenings.
  • Take and record radiographic images.
  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and home care.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, including treatment plans, findings, and progress.
  • Partner with clinicians to ensure optimal patient care.
  • Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and sterile environment.

Requirements

Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent
  • Degree from an accredited dental hygiene program.
  • Valid and current certifications, licenses, and registrations as mandated by applicable Washington State and federal law.
  • Experience with dental software and electronic health records.
  • Compassionate patient centric approach.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
