FLEXIBLE HOURS (Thursdays 7:30am - 5:30pm)

What We’re Looking For
  • Licensed Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in good standing
  • Passionate about patient care and preventive dentistry
  • A natural problem solver who looks for solutions to improve patient outcomes
  • Process-driven and comfortable following established clinical protocols while contributing ideas to improve them
  • Excellent communication skills with patients, teammates, and leadership
  • Team player who enjoys collaborating across departments
What You’ll Do
  • Deliver high-quality dental hygiene care, including assessments, scaling, polishing, and patient education
  • Work closely with the dental team to ensure seamless patient experiences and continuity of care
  • Educate patients on oral health and the connection to overall health
  • Contribute to practice improvement through problem-solving and process feedback
  • Maintain accurate and detailed clinical documentation
