Traveling Registered Dental Assistant – Seattle Metro area

Mosaic Dental Collective is looking for an upbeat, dependable, and team‑oriented Traveling Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team of oral healthcare professionals. We’re all about creating a positive experience—for both our patients and our team—and your role is essential in keeping our days smooth, efficient, and full of smiles.

Shift: Monday–Friday

Pay Range: $26–$36 per hour

What You’ll Do

  • Assist the dentist during a wide range of clinical procedures.
  • Prepare and sterilize rooms and instruments with care and consistency.
  • Take digital x-rays and maintain accurate patient records.
  • Educate patients on post‑op care and oral health maintenance.
  • Help keep the day flowing with a proactive, can‑do attitude.
  • Travel to various clinics in Seattle, Bellevue, Issaquah, Bothell, Redmond, Arlington, Mill Creek and Federal Way/Covington.

What You Bring

  • Active Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) license in WA.
  • Radiology certification and CPR certification.
  • Experience with dental software (e.g., Dentrix) is a plus.
  • A friendly, calm, and professional demeanor.
  • A team‑first mindset with great communication skills.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) or equivalent, and specified training courses as mandated by state for certification, licensure, or registration.
  • 2+ years of RDA experience preferred.
  • Certifications/licenses/registrations as mandated by applicable state.
  • Highly organized and attentive to patients’ needs.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Must be able to explain procedures and educate patients.
  • Maintain a neat and professional appearance at all times.
  • Uphold patient confidentiality and exhibit a compassionate and caring demeanor.
  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment as part of a diverse dental team.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
