We’re a design-build studio where your design work is supported and realized by our in‑house project management and build teams, meaning your ideas get built, refined through construction, and lived in by real people.
$90,000.00 / yr – $ / yr

- Lead the design of residential landscape projects from initial site consultation through final walk‑through, creating the vision and building the client relationship.
- Produce concept designs and construction drawings that express design intent with clarity and craft.
- Collaborate with our design team on select projects, refining initial concepts and developing them through construction documentation.
- Manage your design workload independently, tracking design hours and budgets across multiple projects.
- Partner with our estimators and project managers to right‑size designs for buildability and efficiency, moving seamlessly from design to construction.
- Coordinate with consultants and engineers during the design phase to refine plans and resolve technical details.
- Contribute your ideas and expertise in team discussions, helping evolve our shared design language.
- Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture (or equivalent experience) and 6+ years in residential design‑build.
- Expert proficiency in AutoCAD and strong graphic skills (hand and digital); fluency with Adobe Creative Suite and Sketch Up a plus.
- Deep understanding of construction materials and detailing, including stone, steel, wood, and concrete.
- Knowledge of Pacific Northwest plants and horticultural best practices.
- Proven ability to manage design budgets and meet deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality.
- A collaborative spirit, humility, and a relentless eye for detail and design excellence.
- Portfolio of past/present projects is required.
