Ankrom Moisan, voted one of Oregon’s Top Workplaces of 2015, is seeking a Project Designer to join our team in our Seattle office. We are looking for the following skill set:

Job Description

We are currently seeking a Project Designer to join our Seattle team. This is a full-time position with benefits, and occasional overtime to meet project schedules and deadlines.

Responsibilities include:

  • Architectural design talent and a collaborative personality
  • Guiding, directing, and inspiring team efforts in creating buildings and spaces
  • Creating and developing project feasibility studies, with proficiency in Zoning Codes and City Design Guidelines
  • Public presentation skills for client and public meetings, including Design Review, Landmark, and University Boards
  • Leading design charrettes and group investigations into design options
  • Collaborating effectively within a team environment
  • Creating compelling imagery with Auto Desk, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite for presentations
  • Qualifications

    Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Minimum of 7 years of design experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture
  • Experience presenting designs to clients
  • Advanced digital skills, including Revit and Sketch Up
