We are seeking a skilled and proactive Architect Project Manager (Architect II+) to lead projects within our Workplace OR Healthcare studio. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a hands‑on environment, brings strong technical and documentation skills, values thoughtful design, and enjoys guiding teams and projects from concept through delivery.

What We’re Looking For

A technically strong, organized, and engaged project leader who can manage large tenant improvement projects and multiple small to mid‑sized projects simultaneously
. The ideal candidate is comfortable working directly in Revit, leading meetings with confidence, and providing clear direction to project teams while maintaining accountability for scope, schedule, and budget.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multiple Workplace OR Healthcare tenant improvement projects
    , often concurrently
  • Take full ownership of workplace projects and support larger, high‑profile projects as an Assistant Project Manager when needed
  • Provide clear direction, mentorship, and technical oversight to design and production staff
  • Actively participate in project documentation, detailing, and technical development
  • Manage project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes
  • Lead client meetings and coordinate with consultants, contractors, and internal teams
  • Develop space plans and initiate project work when staffing resources are limited
  • Ensure projects remain financially on track and aligned with client goals and expectations
Qualifications
  • Architect II+ level experience
  • Strong technical background with the ability to contribute directly to project documentation
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple tenant improvement projects and project teams
  • Excellent communication, organization, and leadership skills
  • Experience in Workplace and/or Healthcare environments
  • Proficiency in Revit and related design and documentation tools
