With over 1,300 clinicians across more than 30 specialties, WPMG is one of the largest and most respected multi-specialty group practices in the Pacific Northwest.

Summary

Kaiser Permanente - Washington Permanente Medical Group (WPMG) is seeking a full‑time (1.0 FTE) Pulmonologist - Critical Care interested in a blend of pulmonary medicine and critical care to join our dynamic pulmonary medicine team based in Seattle, WA. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of an integrated care delivery system that prioritizes evidence‑based medicine, patient‑centered care, and physician collaboration.

This position would start in May 2026.

Compensation and Benefits
  • Salary Range: $359,265 to $510,849 (salary will be prorated based on FTE, new hire salaries will be based on factors such as education, training and experience, percentage of clinical versus inpatient critical care.)
