Pathology Physician

Join a renowned pathology department in the vibrant city of Seattle, Washington. This locum position seeks an experienced pathologist for surgical pathology and cytopathology sign out. The facility is committed to delivering exceptional healthcare and is facing a temporary shortage of pathologists, making this an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact.

• Perform surgical pathology and cytopathology sign out.
• Manage approximately 20-30 pathology cases per day.
• Coordinate with support staff as needed.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation using Cerner LIS / Copath pathology information systems.
• Provide insights into case management and assist with consultations.
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training as required.

• Board Certified in Pathology REQUIRED
• WA State License (IMLC LOQ highly preferred)
• Completed residency/fellowship in relevant field REQUIRED

• Active and unrestricted medical license in the state of Washington.
• Board Certification in Pathology.
