Optometric Physician – Northwest Eye Surgeons
Job Type: Full-time
Position OverviewWe are seeking a compassionate, motivated Optometrist to join our patient‑centered, team‑oriented practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an OD who thrives in a surgical referral setting and enjoys caring for cataract and glaucoma patients throughout their treatment journey.
In this role, you’ll provide high‑quality diagnostic evaluations, patient education, and pre/post‑operative management while co‑managing care with fellowship‑trained ophthalmologists. You’ll also help cultivate strong relationships with our referring providers—an important part of our collaborative care model.

- Complete accurate, timely EMR documentation
Participate in CE and training opportunities - Perform additional duties as needed

- Active Washington State optometry license (or ability to obtain)

Salary: $124,472 – $200,000
