At Ambulatory Anesthesia Care – Pacific Northwest , we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality general anesthesia while ensuring our anesthesiologists enjoy a fulfilling personal life. Our patients are primarily healthy, office-based dental patients (ASA
1), and our procedures typically involve short sedation and recovery times.
If you’re passionate about providing anesthesia for patients of all ages—up to 20 years old and beyond—this opportunity is perfect for you! Our dentists start early, allowing most days to wrap up by 1 or 2 PM. This means you’ll have the flexibility to:
- Attend your kids' after-school activities
- Schedule personal appointments
- Enjoy some well-deserved time outdoors
AAC-PNW offers a lifestyle job with hospital-based compensation. Here’s what we provide:
- Flexible schedules – you choose the number of days and weeks you want to work each year
- 1099 options – minimum daily rates with incentives
- W2 packages – including covered malpractice, health/dental/vision, 401(k) match, CME/auto allowances, 6 weeks PTO, and 7 holidays
- Stay close to home – we schedule you at only one office per day, within 60 minutes from your home
- Sign-on bonuses, with additional incentives for anesthesiologists holding an existing OR or WA license
- Referral bonuses for anesthesiologists and dental offices
- Competitive salaries – upwards of $550K for full-time work, including retention bonuses
