Position Overview
Cascade Medical, a top critical-access hospital, in Leavenworth, Washington (WA) seeks a Family Medicine (FM) or Internal Medicine (IM) Physician to join their stable and tenured team of 5 physicians and 2 advanced practitioners.
Position Details- Outpatient only with no call requirements
- 4‑day work week
- Max expectation of 18 patients per day
- 0% Full‑time RN turnover in 2024
- Options to pick up ED shifts, perform scopes, or incorporate specific interests in pain management or other interests
- Medical Director Opportunity Available
- Optional opportunity to utilize Spanish, Russian, and/or Ukrainian language skills
- Set annual base salary of $286,124 with incentive and quality based bonuses
- Sign‑on bonus of $25,000
- Relocation assistance up to $15,000
- First‑year package of $340,124
- Negotiable incentives based on skills and experience
