Seeking a compassionate, Per-diem Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician with an interest in Geriatric Medicine to join a team of caring, well-established providers at Providence Elder Place in Seattle, Washington. You'll be part of a program that delivers comprehensive care and services to elderly patients under the PACE (Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly) model, which is designed to help keep older adults as healthy as possible.

• Monday to Friday schedule; 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Predominantly outpatient care, some nursing home and home care
• 1+ years’ experience preferred. Will also consider new graduates
• Compensation is $150.36 per hour
• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them

Providence Elder Place is an innovative program of health care and social services for older adults. With four centers in the Seattle area, Providence Elder Place provides and coordinates the services necessary for seniors to remain active in their community by providing primary and specialty medical care, a day health program, social work services and rehabilitation. One of the only Program of All Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in the state of Washington, Elder Place Seattle gives seniors access to top medical specialists with convenience and professionalism.
