Child and Adolescent Psychiatrist

Providence Behavioral Health West is seeking a Child/Adolescent Psychiatrist to join the organization. It provides specialized behavioral health care for adolescents through Partial Hospitalization and Intensive Outpatient Programs. Our team uses evidence-based approaches like Collaborative Problem Solving (CPS), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and family systems to support high-acuity patients with mood disorders and behavioral challenges.

• Schedule:
  
  Monday-Friday, 36 patient-facing hours; limited weekend rotation.
• Clinical Mix:
• Pathways Program (PH/IOP):
  Care for 7-8 adolescents (ages 13-17).
• Outpatient:
  Child & Adolescent Psychiatry.
• Consults: ED and pediatric floors at Providence St. Vincent (approx. 2x/week).
• Psychiatric evaluation, diagnosis, medication management, and collaboration with therapy teams.
• Call Coverage: 2 weeknights/month; 3 weekends/year.
• Preferred:
  Interest in consults and eating disorder coverage.
