Providence PACE Seattle is seeking a healthcare professional to provide outpatient care within a federally recognized program serving adults 55+. The role emphasizes coordination across home health, nursing home, and clinic-based services in the Seattle area.
Compensation is $150.36 per hour with a Monday–Friday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. schedule. Experience of 1+ years is preferred, and new graduates will be considered for this opportunity, which may include CME benefits.
