Serene Healthcare Talent is seeking a licensed clinical provider - Nurse Practitioner (ARNP), Physician Assistant (PA-C), or Physician (MD/DO) - to join our Client clinical team. This provider will deliver comprehensive, affirming primary and specialty care - including family medicine, gender-affirming care, HIV care, and reproductive health services - to a diverse patient population across Washington State, via both in-person and telehealth visits.

Physicians in this role may also provide clinical oversight and mentorship to advanced practice providers. This role is well suited to a clinician who is passionate about health equity and building trust with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, and other historically underserved communities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive primary care, including preventive care, chronic disease management, and mental health support, for patients across the lifespan
  • Deliver gender-affirming care, including hormone therapy management, informed consent counseling, and referrals for gender-affirming surgery
  • Manage HIV care including PrEP/PEP prescribing, antiretroviral therapy, and routine monitoring, in coordination with support services
  • Provide reproductive health services, including contraception counseling and management, pregnancy care, and abortion care (excluding deliveries and C-sections)
  • Conduct patient visits both in person at our Lynnwood office and via virtual/telehealth appointments
  • For MD/DO applicants: provide clinical oversight, consultation, and mentorship to Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants as needed
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic medical record (Elation EMR)
  • Collaborate with administrative and clinical staff to ensure coordinated, patient-centered care
  • Stay current on evidence-based guidelines for gender-affirming, HIV, and reproductive care
Requirements

Candidates must meet the requirements for one of the following credential tracks:

  • Active, unrestricted license as a Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) or Physician Assistant (PA-C) in Washington State (or eligible for licensure)
  • National board certification in relevant specialty (e.g., FNP, AGNP, or PA-C)
  • Current DEA registration, or eligibility to obtain one
  • M.D. or D.O. degree from an accredited medical school
  • Active, unrestricted Washington State medical license (or eligible for licensure)
  • Board certification (or board eligibility) in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or a related primary care specialty
  • Completion of an accredited residency program
  • Current DEA registration, or eligibility to obtain one
All Candidates
  • Experience providing primary care; experience with gender-affirming, HIV, or reproductive health care preferred
  • Comfort and confidence delivering care via telehealth
Preferred Qualifications
  • Direct clinical experience in gender-affirming hormone therapy management
  • Experience with HIV PrEP/PEP and antiretroviral therapy management
  • Experience with family planning, contraception, and early pregnancy/abortion care
  • For MD/DO applicants: experience supervising or collaborating with Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants
  • Bilingual or multilingual
  • Familiarity with FQHC / HRSA or community health center settings
  • Experience with Elation EMR or comparable systems
