Live Well Homecare Agency, LLC seeks a family practice physician for an outpatient clinic role with a flexible minimum 3 days/week schedule, Monday to Friday, with optional Saturday shifts. You will manage 18–22 patients daily across all ages in a family medicine setting. Procedures such as joint injections, IUD, and Nexplanon are a bonus.
There is no call requirement. Compensation ranges from $120 to $145 per hour, including base pay, overtime and holiday pay.
