US Anesthesia Partners (USAP) is seeking an Anesthesiologist for a full-time, MD-only position in Seattle, Washington. This role offers an ideal schedule with no nights, weekends, or call, allowing for a balanced lifestyle within a collegial, family-oriented team of physicians. Clinicians will personally provide anesthesia care for 100% of their cases at efficiently run ambulatory surgery centers.
Practice Info
- ASC - MD Only Division
- 100% doing own cases
- Never medially directing CRNAs or AAs
- Anesthesia services provided to Seattle Surgery Center, Pro Medical Surgery Center, and Overlake Surgery Center
- Cases are primarily orthopedic surgeries including a busy joint replacement program
- Most patients are healthy, with the majority being ASA 1 and 2
Responsibilities
- Personally provide anesthesia care for own cases
- Perform regional blocks including interscalene, axillary, adductor canal, and popliteal
- Option to pick up shifts at Swedish Medical Center First Hill for additional income or to maintain a diverse skillset
Compensation
- Minimum Income (Annual Estimated W-2 Salary or 1099 Payment): $350,000
- Maximum Income (Annual Estimated W-2 Salary or 1099 Payment): $450,000

- Compensation can vary due to case volume, years of clinical experience, and billable work hours

Qualifications
- Must be either an M.D. or D.O. with the completion of an approved Anesthesiology Residency program
- Board eligible or board certified in Anesthesiology
- Must complete and meet hospital credentialing requirements for the facilities they will have privileges
- State License
Required:
Washington - Current ACLS card
- Current PALS card
